Profiel van de opdracht: Drive Communication, Culture & Change projects within Finance and beyond Finance. Focus on the P2P and the associated e2e processes, making sure that the Business Support Office and Finance are well connected to the organization and can focus on it’s operations in close cooperation with the business. Include non-Finance Stakeholders to drive maturity on Finance processes in specific countries within EMEA. Align Finance, Business support en Business teams in creating better e2e processes.

Profiel van de manager: University or Master degree plus experience in Change Management in Finance projects; Passion for the people side of organizational change; Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Experienced with finance processes.
