Profiel van de opdracht: The role is responsible for ensuring a smooth transformation of decentralized payroll and HR operations processes of various entities within the same enterprise into a global shared services business unit (SBU).

Profiel van de manager: -10 years transformation experience in Payroll and HR operations -5 years experience in managing an international payroll function -A track record of successfully initiating and implementing HR operations function -Successfully initiating and implementing HRIS tool, including data migration and configuration -Must be detail orientated with excellent project management and prioritization skills. Able to quickly see through data to identify key issues - Start 1st of June / Approx. 10 months
